Our crafting process

CRAFTING

1
It all starts with:
Distillation

In this part of the crafting process, the columns known as Coffey play a fundamental role: large copper structures that act as catalysts, trapping the sulfurous from the wine and making the distillate smooth and with a very characteristic sweetness.

These columns make Terry inimitable, as they are made ad-hoc for the brand. From this process, a distillation of 70-degree alcohol is obtained, called “holandaheart

Next step:
Aging

The traditional dynamic system of brandy crafting, typical of the Jerez region, takes over. Aging in Criaderas and Solera in oak casks, previously seasoned with Jerez wine.
During this phase, we find the reason for the difference between Terry 1900 and Terry Centenario, as the former ages longer than the latter. Hence, it is called Brandy de Jerez.

Final part:
Bottling

We finish the crafting process by bottling our products in their iconic bottles, preparing them so that the experience with our beverages is satisfying from start to finish.
